Service Advisor Pacific Motor Group Ltd location Northland.

Pacific Motor Group is one of Northlands largest multi-franchise dealerships. We have a front-line position available for an energetic, customer-focused person to join our busy service department. Positions like this within PMG don’t become available very often. Our service advisors are the first line of communication with our customers and play a key role in ensuring their visits with us run smoothly, you will be responsible for addressing all customer enquires and solving any problems that might arise.

This is an exciting and varied role that is pivotal in the success of our dealership, the successful applicant will be joining a strong, loyal, and hardworking team that values reliability, honesty and above all customer service.

To join our team, you will need a customer comes first attitude. A strong work ethic, professional appearance, and attitude. Excellent verbal communication & computer skills. Strong time management skills and a willingness to take the initiative. An ability to work as part of a large busy team. A current clean full NZ driver’s licence. Previous knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given. Most importantly, you need a great sense of humour.

Your responsibilities would be providing a great customer experience at all times. Make appointments, processing repair orders & quotes. Ensure information on repair orders is detailed enough for technicians to complete the work in a timely manner. Invoicing work done, liaise with the customer and take payment. Providing customer support on the phone and face to face. Advising customers on their servicing and repair requirements. Communicating customer needs with the service controller and service manager.
