We have a full-time permanent position at our Glenfield based office available for someone who is keen to get a foot in the door and start a new career or build on your existing administration skills to further progress your career.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our service teams, organising work schedules and efficiently matching people to service work as well as assisting with a wide range of internal administration duties.

This position has the potential to gain experience while learning where your strengths are to develop your career path. As the teams place high importance on being people focused and collaborative, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate they have excellent communication skills and proven experience following systems and procedures with accuracy.

Key responsibilities include handling incoming service requests. Being the first point of contact for the services teams. Liaising with the service managers to organise and issue work schedules. Following up on progress and closure of jobs.

Working with the service managers to resolve any delays, invoicing or credit issues. Obtaining necessary permits and documentation. Providing and following up on progress for the necessary Health and Safety documentation. General administrative duties.

The successful applicant will have at least 2 years’ administration experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Accurate data entry and attention to detail. The ability to react quickly to situations and multi-task. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
