Service Administration Assistant TQUIP location Perth. $55,000 – $65,000 per year.

T-Quip is seeking a Service - Administration Assistant. This position will be reporting to the Workshop Manager. We are seeking someone with an automotive service or mechanical admin background who is able to juggle many tasks at once & accomplish the tasks allocated with thoroughness & accuracy. Attention to detail is the key to this position. The role is multi-tasked & will involve but not be limited to the following assist with incoming calls and walk ins from clients & suppliers.

All aspects of Workshop administration - Booking in jobs, raising job cards and invoicing as directed by the Workshop Manager. Completing and submitting warranty claims and assisting with other administrative duties as directed by Management.

This role is essential to our business & as such we are looking for a candidate who meets the criteria listed below strong communication skills - both oral & written. Data entry skills with high accuracy in spelling & grammar. Strong skills with MS Office particularly Excel & Word.

Excel & Word skills must be at an intermediate level as a minimum. Excellent work ethic, self motivation & confidence. Punctuality & reliability. Able to work effectively as a team player. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of business. Excellent time management skills & the ability to prioritise tasks. Prior workshop administration skills required. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
