Job description sentence Administration Officer- ONGOING and (temporary roles- up to 2 years). 24 hr Processing/Lodgement Unit, Windsor.

About You: With your proven Administration Clerk experience supporting varied teams, you will be self-motivated, have the ability to multitask and communicate effectively. You will have strong technical skills which will help you plan and prioritise to successfully achieve positive outcomes for the team. About the role the Sentence Administration Officer performs administration and records management functions and services that pertain to the detention and release of inmates, either as part of a team or individually. The role performs core processing work within a Sentence Administration business unit, which may include liaison with external and internal stakeholders, data integrity checking/entry and general administrative tasks.

Salary clerk Grade 3/4 Salary ($74,117- $ 81,158) pa + Superannuation + Annual Leave Loading + Shift Penalties. Position Type: Temporary - Full Time. (Up to 2 years). Location: 24hr Processing/Lodgement Unit - Francis Greenway Correctional Complex- Windsor.

Essential requirements successful applicants are required to be fully vaccinated and able to provide acceptable proof of vaccination status. Must be able to undertake shift work - The Lodgement/Processing Unit operates 24hrs 7 days a week on a rotating 12-week roster. A watch - 6am-2pm, D watch - 10am-6pm, C watch 2pm-10pm & B Watch 10pm-6am.
