About the role

This role will be responsible for development of key web-based applications to support unique clinical workflows (business process equivalents). You will be based at Middlemore Hospital, delivering a number of clinical applications to support and improve healthcare delivery in the Northern Region. You’ll be responsible for reviewing business requirements, creating application designs, developing, and deploying the custom applications. Working within the team you’ll aid in unit testing and providing support to end users.

About you

You will be a Senior Web Developer with experience working with complex software projects. You are highly motivated and enjoy finding areas to improve software solutions and deliver beyond expectations. You have an analytical mind and are able to identify potential issues and solutions to them.

You will have direct development experience (including post go-live support and ongoing maintenance etc) with the following software stack / common web development components:

Languages must include: Javascript, HTML, CSS, ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core, React, TypeScript,
SQL (used with an enterprise db such as: MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
Windows server (IIS)
CICD Pipelines in Azure DevOps
Common Windows browsers (MS Edge, IE11)
Apple iOS and iOS browser Safari

We have a full time permanent position available wokring 40 hours Monday to Friday. This role is based at Middlemore Hospital and the train stops outside our front door!
