Immediate Start
Contract - 4 Months
As the Senior Trainer for the Windows 11 Project, you will be responsible for planning, designing and delivering the Windows 11 training to all staff, including any related application upgrades (e.g. records management system). In addition, you will execute the required communications and change strategies to support the projects successful implementation.
What you will need to thrive
Substantial practical experience in designing and delivering organisation wide training programs, including the delivery of various performance support solutions. Preferably for large-scale IT Projects.
Experience working within local council.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce high quality training, performance support solutions and communications.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate training, workshops, coach and advise stakeholders and gather information from difficult stakeholders.
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Manage the conflicting requirements of different stakeholders to produce positive outcomes.
Knowledge of project management processes.
The expertise you bring (including qualifications and experience)
Degree or Tertiary qualification combined with relevant experience would be advantageous. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment desirable.
Typically, they would be gained through completion of a degree or diploma course with some relevant experience. They might also be acquired through lesser formal qualifications and substantial relevant experience, or through substantial relevant experience in the field of specialist expertise
