Job description
We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to support our corporate functions and help shape how we bring the very best talent into Stryker. This is an individual contributor role with big scope. You’ll work closely with leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Data & Analytics, IT, Regulatory Affairs, the PMO and more.

You’ll be more than just a recruiter—you’ll be a trusted advisor who leads conversations, influences outcomes, challenges assumptions and builds strategies that drive real impact.

We’re open to people with experience in internal or agency recruitment. However, to thrive in this role, you must:

Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and become a trusted advisor, confidently leading conversations, even with senior stakeholders

Help stakeholders stay focused on what matters most—by probing for clarity, managing expectations and setting clear priorities

Bring data, insight and fresh thinking into every conversation—you stay curious, not reactive

Think strategically to avoid getting stuck in high-volume screening. If you don't prioritise and zoom out, you’ll burn out—so strategic thinking isn’t optional here

Own your workload and love being busy, but don’t get stuck in the weeds—you’re here to add value, not just take job orders

Be open, collaborative and committed to lifting the bar across the team. You ask questions, share what works and bring others with you
