THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team on a permanent full-time basis, located at our Brisbane office in Milton. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment strategies and delivery across a national portfolio of high-volume field-based roles, primarily supporting project and shutdown work within the Integrated Gas, Energy, and Industrial sectors. This position will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing competing priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery - Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, while promoting a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Strategic Recruitment - Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, staying ahead of industry trends and embracing new approaches to attract talent.
Stakeholder Partnership - Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic guidance on best practice.
Process Excellence & Accountability - Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery and accountability.
Collaboration - Actively contribute to team success, supporting colleagues, and fostering a positive and collaborative working culture.

Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, sound judgment, and strong prioritisation skills.
Skilled at building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, contributing to strategic recruitment outcomes.
Experienced in developing and executing recruitment initiatives that align with broader business goals and workforce needs.
A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive team culture while driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
