Who is hiring our client is a nationwide IT service provider which a rapidly growing customer base. In Canterbury they are trusted as one of the major MSPs in the region. You will be working alongside 15 supportive team mates who are all sharing the same exciting challenges and projects.

The role as the face of the company you will be maintaining and supporting wide range of clients across their varying IT infrastructures. Your ultimate goal is to have all clients with efficient and stable IT environments.

This will involve diagnosing technical problems across desktop, Microsoft Cloud and server environments of assigned clients, with a ‘fix it once’ attitude and proactive approach. Delivering complex infrastructure projects. Effectively retaining existing clients through effective relationship management (including prompt and timely service & support, proactive identification of capacity, performance, security or other such issues, as well as a cycle of regular contact with key client contacts).

What you will need proven hands on experience with Modern Workplace (Azure AD, InTune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online). Any experience with DLP and security in O365 would be a bonus. Fortigate certified / experienced is gain a massive bonus to have. Extensive network implementation, configuration and support experience. A keen interest in security.
