Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities

Liaise with HR Systems & Learning Coordinator & Regional Operation Managers to ensure all new RSC are onboarded in line with national process
Deliver the RSC Onboarding Plan for RSC as allocated
Review current RSC processes and ensure they are working within the national RSC process.
Coordinate RSC training for upskilling on any gaps identified
Complete area/regional monthly reporting on RSC progress & development
Communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide equipment rental solutions
Develop quotes for the supply of equipment in the system.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure equipment availability
Enter rental contracts into system and off-hire when contracts expire
Raise purchase orders for associated equipment (sub-hire) and branch materials / supplies.
Coordinate transport activities for equipment collection and delivery.
Action exception reports and rejected invoices
Coordinate customer site compliance requirements including employee inductions and equipment checks
Log service calls and assign technicians to attend service jobs where required
Assist in asset management processes for the branch
Assist in the safe loading and unloading of equipment and completion of transport inspections where required

Previous hire industry experience highly regarded
Ability to deliver effective training to new starters both in-person & remotely
Excellent customer service skills with proven ability to identify customer needs and provide equipment rental solutions which add value for the customer
Professional and courteous phone manner and demeanor
Strong organisation, prioritisation and administrative skills
Ability to use systems and accurately enter data
Certificate in business administration, customer service or similar Cert IV in Training & Assessment (Highly Desired)
