We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant who enjoys new business development, building relationships with existing clients and placing candidate into the right roles. This role will see the right candidate grow and develop a new area of the business and have the opportunity to develop within the company.

Established in 2008, all our senior members of staff started as trainee consultants and have now progressed to head up our offices in Sydney, New York and Munich.

The role building and developing a team – including coaching, mentoring and training. Business development – lead generation, cold calling, nurturing and maintaining new and existing business. Candidate management – posting job adverts, proactive candidate sourcing, interviewing. Negotiating deals with clients and candidates. Stakeholder management.

Skills needed proven sales or recruitment experience is key with the drive to be the best. Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously. Strong communicator with excellent Negotiating and influencing skills, Degree educated.
