In the role of Senior Property Manager / Department Head, you will lead a dedicated property management team, establish enduring relationships with existing clients and streamline processes to grow and develop a prestige rent roll. Your key responsibilities will include manage a highly developed portfolio of 220 properties, nurture existing client relationships and grow the portfolio, manage all repairs and maintenance, maintain arrears and conduct rent reviews, oversee and mentor the property management team, resolve escalated conflicts between landlords and tenants, implement all new systems and procedures within the department, prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required.
