Are you an experienced Property Manager/Senior Property Manager wanting to step into a role that offers you autonomy and the chance to focus on building client relationships rather than getting buried in paperwork all day. An exciting opportunity has now become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager in their Lower North Shore team to join this close-knit team, reporting directly to a high-profile Principal. In this rare and rewarding role, your key mandate will be to solidify key client relationships and work with the property management team to streamline procedures and develop the portfolio. The Perks work out of brand-new, designer offices in the exclusive lower north shore, $95k salary package + commissions on offer, work with a principal who really values property management, no admin whatsoever - focus on nurturing and developing long-term client relationships, central department will take care of maintenance, ingoing & outgoing inspections, trust accounting, arrears management and rent receipting, fantastic office culture and refreshing, collaborative workspace, parking provided, make this role your own with the opportunity to work autonomously. The position manage an extremely well-maintained portfolio, maintain and develop long-standing client relationships, conduct routine inspections, assist with rent reviews and lease renewals, prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required, oversee and manage more junior staff, assist the director and senior management with the growth of the business. The person previous property management experience is essential, current nsw certificate of registration or real estate licence, knowledge of property tree and maintenance manager preferred, dynamic and outgoing personality, customer service-focused with great organisation and problem solving skills, immaculately polished with a confident and mature demeanour, ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously, valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle, apply in strict confidence.
