The position in the role of senior property manager, your key responsibilities will include manage a tidy portfolio of 300 properties with the support of two assistants, develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinate repairs and maintenance, maintain rental arrears, resolve escalated issues and complaints, train staff and delegate workloads within the department. The person the ideal candidate for the role of senior property manager will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management, current nsw certificate of registration or real estate licence, a natural relationship builder with first class customer service, first class negotiation and conflict resolution skills, immaculate personal presentation, experience using property tree preferred, valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
