Senior Project Manager Finite IT Recruitment Solutions location Sydney. Salary day rate $800 - $1000 + Super.

The role working for one the largest Public Sector organisations in the country. This NSW Gov role focuses on transitioning to a new recruitment and onboarding system (HCM Program). The Project Manager leads and manages the risk, quality and progress of ICT projects to organisational standards, and ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.

You will be lead and manage the planning and delivery of critical and highly complex and/or large technical projects to deliver organisational initiatives. Lead all aspects of the project management cycle, including preparing business cases and project plans, identifying and allocating resources, developing and managing budgets. Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met.

Requirements extensive experience and a record of achievement in leading and managing critical, highly complex and/or large technical projects in a large and complex service industry organisation.
