Key accountabilities Business focused Senior PM able to manage business process and policy projects from requirements to successful implementation, excellent, mature stakeholder management skills, manage the planning and delivery of complex strategic projects and related dependencies, works with business subject matter experts to develop and implement project management plans to ensure the success of projects.

Regularly communicate with key senior stakeholders to ensure the identification and tracking of project objectives, prepare and present project status reports and communicate project updates to inform decision making at the senior level, manage effective teams and relationships with diverse stakeholders, lead and facilitate productive discussions with all stakeholders, demonstrated experience in managing external vendors, coordinate with business as usual teams to ensure project outcomes are well defined and are transitioned to BAU teams successfully.

Seeking a Project Manager with experience in delivering business projects with hands-on delivery and management of complex stakeholder environment, communications and strategic integration of project outcomes with a wider systemic context.

Required Skills & experience 10 years+ project management experience, industry certification e.g. prince2, previous experience working within private sector as well as government or experience working for a tier 1/2 management consultancy, organisational change management experience highly desired, be able to develop effective end user communications, dynamic and positive approach and eager to listen and learn, and get stuck into anything, ability to change direction and approach when business priorities change or move, self-motivated individual that actively takes the initiative with an ability to work autonomously, persistent, effective problem solver with a mix of analytical and creative thinking.

Experience creating high quality project and program artefacts, within emerging or existing frameworks, experience in managing the delivery/build of software and understanding its cycles (some agile experience) is highly valuable, demonstrated ability to walk into different organisations and pick up the context of the businesses operating environment, this may be demonstrated in someone’s cv by having successfully managed projects across different/varied subject matter advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint skills.
