YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of product strategy and development. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive lifecycle optimisation, identify and develop new product opportunities, and deliver competitive differentiation across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full product lifecycle management + identify and develop new global product opportunities
Develop pricing strategies based on market, customer, and competitive insights + partner with Sales and Marketing to maximise go-to-market effectiveness
Drive product integration strategies across international markets
Resolve complex quality issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Support capability development by mentoring team members and embedding best practices

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You are a commercially minded, technically astute Product Manager who is not afraid of complexity and bring a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven success in product management, ideally in automotive or aftermarket sectors (but not essential)
Understands suspension system fundamentals and how to turn specs into commercial outcomes
Is confident with pricing strategy, financial models, and market analytics
Can lead projects across multiple stakeholders with precision and clarity
Communicates with influence and builds strong internal and external relationships
