Senior Office Administrator Boffa Miskell location Wellington.

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and highly organised Senior Office Administrator to join our friendly Wellington team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Business Services Manager to provide personal assistance and essential administrative support and services to our busy consultants. You’ll provide an exceptional welcome as the front face to our clients and team, as well as taking charge of a diverse range of tasks which keep the office ticking over.

These tasks include coordinating meetings, booking travel, document formatting, organising internal events and catering, completing health and safety documentation, taking minutes and assistance with office maintenance.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is willing to jump in and help where necessary, with the following skills, attributes, and experience comparable experience in an office administration related role (preferably in a professional services environment). Project coordination experience.

Highly organised, proactive, and reliable. A collaborative working style and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people. Intermediate Office365 skills (most importantly Word and Excel). Ability to manage and deliver multiple tasks in a timely fashion. Strong customer service skills. A high level of accuracy and an excellent eye for detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both in-person and over the phone. Problem solving skills to troubleshoot on-the-fly. A full and current drivers’ licence.
