As the Senior Marketing Advisor, Our Watch Institute, you will work within the Marketing and Communications Directorate and lead high-impact B2B marketing strategies for the Our Watch Institute. Your work will increase awareness of the Institute and position it as a leader and trusted partner for gender equality solutions in the workplace.
You will drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, manage digital channels (including LinkedIn, webinars, and email marketing), and lead content strategies that resonate with key decision-makers in diverse sectors. Your expertise in lead generation, campaign optimisation, and strategic marketing will be pivotal in expanding the Our Watch Institute’s influence and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and campaign management: Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
Digital marketing and content creation: Manage digital platforms, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and industry partnerships, creating compelling, data-driven content.
Market research and analytics: Conduct market analysis to inform campaign strategies, track performance metrics, and optimise marketing initiatives.
Brand positioning and storytelling: Enhance the Our Watch Institute’s brand visibility through effective storytelling and strategic content distribution.
Project leadership and collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, policy, and communication teams to deliver impactful projects on time and within budget.
About you
You are an experienced B2B marketing professional with a track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Your understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and audience engagement is matched only by your passion for driving social change. Essential experience:
Proven expertise in leading B2B marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Experience with multi-channel strategies, including LinkedIn, webinars, industry partnerships, and permission-based email marketing.
Strong skills in data analysis, CRM management, and marketing automation tools.
Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
