Job description lead a team of logistics officers in managing day-to-day running of the warehousing includes inbound, outbound and all warehouse activities. Perform audit checks on conformity to customer and company quality program. Follow up with customer on stock adjustment after inventory count carried out.

Responsible for SUP (suspected unapproved parts) management. Responsible for OFI (outgoing final inspection) for all outgoing shipment. To resolve all customer’s complaints with regards to quality and warehousing issues. Ensures that all inbound receipts are cleared within stipulated timeframe. Ensure that all AOGs / Critical orders are being fulfilled within stipulated timeframe. Perform updates on customer’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Provide training when required.

Job requirements possess at least GCE O level and above. Forklift license preferred. Class 3 license is an advantage. Possess at least 3 to 5 years of customer service experience.
