The ideal candidate will be extremely resourceful and highly experienced in Apple product support.

Reporting directly to our IT Team Lead, your role as a Mac Specialist/ IT Support Officer will be focused on the following provide onsite or remote consultation and support for a broad range of Mac operating system and IOS issues. Setup and configuration of Apple software and hardware, IMac, Mac Air, Mac Pro, iPhone, iPad, emails, anti virus, printers, etc.

Troubleshoot, re-image machines, migration of data for a wide range of clients. Provide support for other hardware and software issues - servers, network system, laptops, desktops. Documentation and update of work through Service Desk system. Keep a breast of new technologies and systems.

About you must have a strong knowledge of Mac operating system, and IOS devices. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, and anti virus software. Experience in IT support including networking system, operating system, servers, system support, email accounts support. 5 years' experience or more in providing software and hardware support for Mac notebooks, desktops, other Apple mobile devices. You are patient and client-centred, deliver high quality customer services that are tailored to the needs and wants of the people and organisations we serve.
