About role work closely with the design team, contractors and clients and utilise your strong leadership and project management skills to ensure successful project execution from start to finish. Develop detailed project plans that include scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications. Create and oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and financial tracking. Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

Lead and manage project teams. Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures for HVAC projects. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates. Negotiate contracts and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, inspection reports, and change orders. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, trouble shoot and resolve technical issues.

About you relevant certifications and qualifications in project management or HVAC. Proven experience in project management and logistics management. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. At least 5 years’ experience in the NZ market.

Ability to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with standards. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Experience with expediting and expeditor roles. Relevant certifications and qualifications in project management or HVAC.
