Due to an internal move, we now require an established Senior FP&A Analyst to join this fast-paced results-driven business. We are searching for a stand-out candidate who will be ambitious, driven and looking to push their career forward in a results-driven, high performing environment.

The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis for the operations and service functions including budgeting and forecasting. In addition, supporting the monthly reporting process for the group. In this role, you will engage with non-finance on a daily basis and play a key role in making recommendations to drive business performance.

Experience required experience working in a large and complex organization from an operations and corporate perspective. Experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital-related improvement programs.

Conceptual and analytical skills ability to convey and appropriately simplify complex solutions to internal key stakeholders and business representatives. Assertive with proven ability to establish credibility and influence across all layers of the company.

Process orientated with proven ability to manage priorities and meet tight timeframes. Strong understanding of various techniques in effective stakeholder engagement and management. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

About you CA or CPA qualified. Ambitious and driven. Appetite to step up into a management role. Excellent work ethic. Solid FP&A experience (gained from a large complex business).
