Senior Financial Accountant T+O+M Executive location Sydney. $120,000 – $140,000 Base + Super.

T+O+M Executive are working with a fantastic Family Office with a diverse property portfolio who are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their family office team. Working closely with the Financial Controller to oversee the monthly management & financial reporting, tax and compliance for the family office. Ideal role to develop into a Finance Manager position. A broad role, with ability to be hands on and indirectly manage a small team. $120k - $140k base + super.

Duties of the role include but not limited to preparation of weekly management reporting including actuals and forecasts. Cashflow management and oversight of payments and debtors. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, tax and other requirements.

Managing BAS preparation and lodgement. Preparation of annual statutory reports and the management of year end audits. Providing accounting and tax advice in relation to decisions and investments. Oversight of the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting.

Requirements for Success CA or CPA qualified. Experience working within a High Net Wealth Family Office is desired. Ideal role for a first time mover from Big 4/Mid Tier accounting firm. Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise tasks. Highly motivated, resilient and results orientated. Strong people skills, detailed orientated and ability to work autonomously.
