About the Role
As a Senior Finance Officer, you’ll take charge of the end-to-end financial administration of our WA operations. Your day-to-day will include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
You’ll also be a mentor and go-to expert for our Perth-based Finance Officers—helping them grow, refine processes, and champion best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations for Home Care Package (HCP) and Support at Home (SaH) programs
Manage accounts payable imports, claims, client statements, and reconciliations
Review and verify coding prior to monthly claims
Monitor client balances, address overspends, and handle contributions
Partner with the Client Experience Team to communicate financial updates
Support monthly reporting and general ledger reconciliations
About You
You're a finance pro who loves both numbers and people. You take pride in accuracy, thrive on organisation, and naturally step into leadership roles.
You bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role
A qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
Strong Excel skills and confidence using finance software
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
A collaborative attitude and great communication skills
