Our client has a number of permanent vacancies providing financial analysis, insights and recommendations across the full range of CFPO activities to senior leaders across a complex geographically & professionally diverse organisation.

The purpose of the role is to contribute to the end-to-end financial support for a portfolio of divisional stakeholders assisting the decision making processes and adding valuable insights across the wider business. The role works closely with the Finance Business Partner driving a controlled and disciplined commercial focus, providing transparency and insight to stakeholders on all aspects of spending and investment.

Suitable candidates will have experience working in fast-paced environments, ensuring that reports are delivered on time and at the highest standard. You will be a skilled communicator and collaborator, capable of working across teams to bring together key business insights. You will have proven ability to manage timelines, maintain records, and support various stakeholders and have strong skills in negotiation, influencing and research. You are a team player with tertiary qualification in Finance or other business-related field. You will have extensive experience in providing sound financial and commercial analysis and advice in a commercial or financial management role across a full range of strategic business matters in a complex geographically and professionally diverse organization. You will also have a proven ability to make commercially astute decisions with incomplete information in dynamic situations and based on insights. You will also be able to coach and develop leadership capability in the application of commercial accountabilities with your team. Project management, planning and change management skills, along with business acumen and a strong understanding of risk management is required.
