Senior Finance Analyst AXR Recruitment and Search location Sydney. Salary Around $120,000.

The company my client are a leading multinational technology company who are currently in the midst of a massive amount of growth. With a client list that is second to none, the business is going from strength to strength and this growth has led to a new position for a Financial Analyst in their FP&A team.

The role working within a high performing Financial Planning and Analysis team, this role will have a great exposure to the wider business allowing the successful candidate to use their financial insights to guide the key decision makers in the business.

The key duties will include provide insightful financial analysis including variance analysis, trends and profitability. Understand and analyse key business drivers and communicate their impact on achieving financial plans. Provide analytical support and insights to the business units as a reliable and effective finance business partner.

Assist in the month end process and preparation of monthly management reports for business units. Financial modelling and preparation of business cases as required in respect of new investments and new business opportunities. Assist in the preparation of financial reporting for the Board. Assist in preparation and management of the annual budget and forecasting process including cash flow, with supporting analysis. Ad-hoc analysis as required.

The right candidate for the role will be CA/CPA Qualified. 5+ Years experience across accounting roles. Big 4 experience is preferred but definitely not essential. Have a strong commercial acumen. The ability to adapt to a fast moving and growing organization.
