Our role be part of exciting growth within Consentium, New Zealand's first national Building Consent Authority (BCA) which provides consenting services exclusively to Kāinga Ora. The team takes great pride in receiving the Innovator of the Year Award at the Building Officials Institute of NZ Excellence Awards.
Consentium has been operational for almost two and a half years and demonstrated consistently high performance. We have ambitious goals and with our own accredited BCA we can focus on providing homes at pace, leveraging scale and quality. We target residential and commercial state house builds as well as a comprehensive nationwide retrofit programme with an efficient, paperless, and compliant process.
We are looking for a seasoned executive professional to support the Director - National BCA and their management team. Based from our vibrant Auckland Central office, this exciting Senior EA role will keep you on your toes and fill your day with achieving results, building positive stakeholder relationships, and showing strategic capability.
You will be responsible for email and diary management, meeting co-ordination; collating, filing and record keeping and coordinating travel arrangements. You will be adept in anticipating and prioritising the needs of the Director, providing advice and coordinating pieces of work as required, helping to prioritise workflow and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
What you will bring working in an environment where things are constantly moving, you'll be experienced at dealing with change, predicting and connecting the dots to ensure an interconnected and seamless support service. Trustworthy, reliable, efficient, and process savvy are your trademarks. As our ideal candidate you bring a 'can do' attitude, an adaptable, unflappable nature and a collaborative working style.
You will demonstrate prior experience as a PA/EA in a fast paced, complex environment. Experience in managing complex administrative functions and facilitation. Organisational skills, especially the ability to multi-task and prioritise. A proactive, enthusiastic and energetic approach and an ability to work with self-initiative and with a minimum of supervision on a day to day basis. Strong capability in Microsoft Windows environment.
