Senior Desktop Support Analyst Kapital Consulting location Sydney. Kapital are working with a global fintech company that has recently opened their offices in Sydney. The role will require someone with 5 or more years’ experience that can work autonomously to set up new devices, deploy enterprise software, build workstations, advise senior staff on IT needs, fix network issues, and that is confident working with Windows and MacOS. The company is entering the Australian market and will have lots of growth opportunities at this stage. You will be working with a team of about 14 people, which will double in size by the end of this year. The office is located in the Sydney CBD, close to public transportation. The office has a great startup work culture. Skills we're looking for we are looking for a candidate that has provided level 2 and level 3 support, someone that can deploy both hardware and enterprise software for both windows and macos on laptops and computers, you will need to create workstations and set up new users, previous experience working with google's g suite or gcp would be advantageous but not necessary, previous experience working in it infrastructure and operations, good understanding of networks and voip systems, android and ios app installation and troubleshooting, prior experience troubleshooting windows 7 and 10, android, ios, macos etc, strong customer service focus and good communications skills, knowledge or certifications in itil processes advantageous, windows certifications or tertiary studies preferred but not mandatory, prior experience providing desktop support / it support over the phone or in person is needed, deployment of application packages, you will serve as the point of contact when making decisions on purchasing new hardware or software for the business, previous experience working in finance or for a payment solutions company is preferred but not required, this is a permanent position, sponsorship will not be available.
