Position title Senior Corporate Secretarial Associate, Location Chinatown, Working Days: 5 days,  Monday to Friday, Working hours 9:00am -6:00pm, Salary $3.2k- $3.6k.

Job details responsible for all aspects of establishing, maintaining and winding up of Singapore Private Companies. He/She must be familiar with all aspects of these processes (Including Bizfile+ Filing), maintaining of Statutory Records, Preparation of resolutions and Corporate Secretarial Services to ensure that Companies are in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. He/She will assist the manager and directors to provide guidance and training to the corporate secretarial associates.

Job scope handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc.

Liaise with Clients and provide advisory services to clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters. All aspects of general corporate secretarial matters including preparation and circulation of resolutions, ACRA filing, etc. Keep up to date with regulatory changes. Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met.

Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies. Strengthen long-term relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent services. Report and Assist Director in the management of team members job. Assisting in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents. Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirement education Level Minimum Diploma. Experience At least 2 years in Corporate secretarial firm. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organised, detailed and deadline oriented. Be flexible and adaptable in working styles. Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines, Singaporean Only.
