Your opportunity to join our team
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead to join our national Operations team. Based in QLD and responsible for supporting sites across Queensland and Western Australia, this critical leadership role will partner closely with site leaders, frontline teams, and national stakeholders to identify opportunities, coach on best practice, and drive sustainable improvement in processes, systems, and people capability.
This is a high-impact role designed to deliver tangible outcomes across safety, quality, service, and cost through Lean principles, CI frameworks, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Daily Tasks
Lead the design, delivery, and embedding of CI strategies across QLD and WA sites
Facilitate Lean workshops, Kaizen events, and problem-solving sessions
Coach and mentor operational leaders and teams on CI tools and behaviours
Analyse performance data to identify trends and prioritise improvement opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with site operations, maintenance, engineering, and support teams
Track and report on CI initiatives, benefits, and capability development progress
Regular travel to WA sites required as part of regional support
Hours of work:
Full-time role, typically Monday to Friday with flexibility based on operational needs. Travel allowances apply for interstate site support.
You will bring to this role
Proven experience in leading CI or Lean transformation programs within manufacturing, FMCG, or similar environments
Formal Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt desirable)
Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills across all levels of the business
Ability to engage with, support and grow our people in a can do and change mindset
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive accountability
Proficiency in CI tools such as 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work
