Grada Recruitment have partnered with a leading New Zealand surveying company to recruit a Senior Surveyor for their Queenstown office.

About the company a well-established surveying company with a strong reputation across New Zealand are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor in Queenstown. Known for their innovative approach and ability to deliver quality results, they have a diverse range of projects on the go, from large-scale infrastructure to smaller, high-quality developments.

Their Queenstown office, located in Frankton, has had a number of recent project wins which has resulted in this role being created. The current office is 3, but there is appetite to grow meaning this role could quickly develop in to a branch management role for the right candidate.

About the role this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career. With a focus on construction surveying and project management, this role is perfect for someone who is ready to settle in the Queenstown region and grow with the business.

You’ll be working across a variety of projects from large infrastructure down to small developments, managing fieldwork and overseeing teams, while also setting the groundwork for future growth into branch management if this appeals. If you'd rather stay away from management, this is also an option.

Skills & experience extensive experience in construction surveying. Proven leadership and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Strong communication skills to work with clients, contractors, and colleagues. Must be willing to settle in Queenstown long-term and grow with the company.
