What you'll do Senior Client Service Officers provide a broad range of applicant, private rental, tenancy and property management services and advice to clients including those with complex support needs; advocates and other stakeholders across the access and tenancy service streams; provides coaching and support to team members to optimize business and service outcomes. The role also manages relationships, partnerships and networks between communities and the Department to improve communication on and access to services for clients and to support sustainable tenancies.
Essential requirements possession of a minimum Provisional 2 NSW Driver's Licence and a willingness to travel to and work with clients in their home (a corporate vehicle will be provided for travel between office and clients home).
In addition to meeting the essential requirements, the successful candidate will have the following ability to work independently and manage your own work. Including working both independently and within a team environment. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A commitment to a culture of teamwork, excellence and continuous improvement. Client service skills with an empathic approach to clients. A strong commitment to customer service. Demonstrated experience within a high volume customer centric environment. Solid influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to communicate information through written reports and presentations.
