Who we’re looking for we’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about reaching the best outcome through leveraging their knowledge of technology, data privacy, security, and web service architecture. You’re an analyst with a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-it-done personality, who thrives in a collaborative environment. You embrace new ideas and have the grit to see long running change through to completion.

The ideal candidate has worked in a software or SaaS company, and understands the Software Delivery Life Cycle in an Agile environment. We aren’t looking for certifications or degrees, but rather the practical analysis experience to make good decisions and troubleshoot when needed.

As a bridge between the needs of our product, engineering, and business customers you will be responsible for Improving and supporting our analytical capability. Extracting, qualifying and defining clear requirements from internal and external customers. Effectively working in a collaborative Agile environment. Understanding problems, formulating the requirements and delivering solutions. Engaging effectively across areas of the business, cross functional delivery teams, product and engineering.

Managing dependencies and tracking changes with solid analysis skills you are used to dealing with ambiguity, can connect the dots, and can work with complexity. You’re a motivated individual and an amazing communicator with strong time management. Energy sector experience is a distinct advantage.
