About the Role as a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing Dayforce HCMS across various functions. You will lead critical testing, data migration, workflow creation, and provide post-go-live support to ensure the system runs smoothly for our stakeholders. You will work closely with multiple teams, including HR, IT, Payroll, and Management, to develop business cases, manage communications, and support change management initiatives. Length of Contract - End of April 2025.

Key responsibilities lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and act as Test Lead, ensuring oversight of ticket fail resolutions. Create workflows and process maps for Dayforce HCMS. Support the NZ Payroll function implement and migrate current practices to Dayforce as per ANZ Group requirements.

Manage Dayforce time and attendance modules, including clocking functionalities. Perform complex data migrations and assist in historical data management.

Prepare comprehensive scopes and provide recommendations for business cases involving data management. Offer communications and change management support to key business stakeholders during the Dayforce implementation and post-go-live stages.

Leverage your sound knowledge of payroll systems (Dayforce, CHRIS21), Time & Attendance platform Kronos (legacy), ITSM ServiceNow and the full MS Office Suite to support efficient system use. Evaluate, analysis and provide solutions to manage parallel payrun errors and outcomes by comparing Dayforce, Chris21 and Kronos data.

Provide training and support to users during the Dayforce launch phase and beyond. Assist in post-go-live Business As Usual (BAU) tasks by addressing errors and producing required reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system issues are resolved promptly and Dayforce functionalities are optimized.

Qualifications proven experience working with Dayforce HCMS in a senior analyst capacity. Strong understanding of UAT processes and test management. Demonstrated expertise in Dayforce time & attendance, payroll, data migration, and business case preparation. Experience in supporting Dayforce post-launch activities and managing BAU functions.

Proficiency in Dayforce, Kronos, CHRIS21, ServiceNow, and the MS Office Suite. Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder management and change support. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be provided to professionals with a strong Payroll background with demonstrable experience from shift-based industrial environments spanning both Australia and New Zealand.
