Senior Analyst - Communities, Planning Reporting and Analysis Stockland location Sydney. Opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join the national Communities PR&A team. This is a highly engaged role where you will be responsible for delivering key financial information and insights, working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will need a strong blend of both technical and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role. Key responsibilities prepare accurate and effective communication materials and reports as required, support the preparation of reports to monitor key performance drivers, support the preparation of accurate management reports on behalf of communities, support the preparation of performance analysis versus developed budgets/plans/forecasts, identifying variances and potential influencing factors, support the project performance review process including consolidating & communicating results, support the preparation of monthly cfo reporting, half year and full year investor relations reporting and operational reporting for the business, support the building of strong working relationships with key stakeholders to solve issues, leverage opportunities and influence business performance. What are we looking for you will be an Accountant / Analyst looking to make your next move and hold a CA/CPA qualification, you have strengths in forecasting and analysis and delivering commercial insights, you have an inquisitive mind and enjoy problem solving and finding better ways of working, you have experience in business partnering, and strong communication and presentation skills,  you are an autonomous self-starter who is solutions focused and has a high level of commercial awareness.
