Senior Plumbing Administrator/ Assistant Finance Manager. Hiflo Plumbing is a very diverse company providing various services and employing more than 35 staff across North & Mid Canterbury, Mackenzie, and North Otago regions.

We are looking for a person who could fulfill this unique role, which requires many skills and a ‘can-do' attitude. This role requires working within a very diverse team, proactiveness, self-management and good communication skills are a must.

Key responsibilities include rockgas & Plumbing division Administration. Ensuring the division's administrative processes are running smoothly. Managing and reporting on divisions performance: Overdue Accounts, Warranties, WIP. Carry out daily administrative tasks. Health & Safety Administration for plumbing division; Assistant Finance Manager. Covering Finance Managers role when required.

Skills and Personal attributes have previous administrative role experience, Senior Administrators experience would be preferable but not necessary. Experience and understanding of Accounts processes – GST, Payroll, Journaling. Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel applications. Experience with Xero and Fergus programs desired but not necessary. Strong attention to detail. Strong logical thinker and quick problem solver. Can work independently. Proactive and responsible, be able to take ownership of the tasks at hand. A friendly, supportive team player.
