Senior Accounts Executive. $2,800-$3,400 + (AWS based on performance) + Dental Benefits. 5 days, Mon-Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm, Ang Mo kio.

Job descriptions oversee the daily activities of accounts department including purchase orders processing and inventory management. In charge of full sets of Accounting (AR, AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets and GL). Implement accounting, financial policies and control procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements. Management of cash flow, monitor all bank movement and statements. To monitor & ensure payments are paid when they are due and collections are received promptly. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.

Check inter-company confirmations and reconciliation. Compile information from MA and update monthly sales backlog & sales projection report for monthly sales meeting. Prepare and submit monthly sales breakdown analysis reports. Prepare monthly final accounts supporting schedules.

Monthly submission of financial and management reports, cash flow forecast with variance to MD and Head Office. Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS. Prepare and submit annual budgets. Monitor expenses against budgets. Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary. Prepare year end statutory accounts and all supporting schedules for audits.

Handle annual statutory audits and ensure audit recommendation are complied with. Ensure customers credit controls are in place. Manage ad-hoc request for job costing to assist MD in decision making. Compute product selling price for ad-hoc request. Generate AMSA Price Book for release to Partners. To check the terms and conditions of L/C conform to company’s acceptable guidelines. Prepare all L/C documentations and handle submission of L/C negotiation with bankers.

Job Requirements Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Advance Excel skills, Quick book online. Able to work independently and multitask. Detail-Oriented and Meticulous. Can commit to working late at times when needed. Strong in Quick book online. Closing Monthly of Fullset accounts book with 5 million turnover and above with at least 3 years of experience. Budgets Reporting. Forecast Reporting. Willing to commit long working hours. Drafting of Audit & Tax will be an added advantage, Singaporean only.
