About the role we are looking for an experienced Accountant to take responsibility of the entire accounting remit for this business’s family office. The role will provide crucial insight, reporting and analysis to members of senior leadership, leaning on the wider finance team for support.

Key responsibilities preparation of key financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, budgets etc. Assisting with month and year end processes including audit. Providing accounting and tax advice to business owners. Managing compliance with Taxation and other regulatory matters.

Support senior finance leaders on an ad hoc basis. Manage all Trust matters in relation to finance decisions and investments. Liaise with banking managers and investment advisors. Contribute to the development of financial metrics including Cash flow statements & project funding. Responding to an array of financial inquiries by utilizing relevant data

About you 5+ years of experience in Financial or Management Accounting. Big 4 or Mid-Tier firm experience. Relevant bachelor’s degree. High level tax and superannuation knowledge. CA or CPA Qualification. Excellent communication skills with the ability to formulate strong working relationships. Highly accurate with great attention to detail.
