This role owns the strategic management of a portfolio of customers across a diverse range of industries and works closely with them at multiple levels of their business to consult and provide tailored advertising solutions. So, what does a day look like A day in the life of a SEEK Senior Account Manager involves ensuring a client has a great product and service experience, which in turn generates revenue. To provide a true value-add solution to your customers, you will promote and advocate our new range of products and services to existing clients. This senior role will provide data and business insight to ensure our hirer's adoption, uptake and reuse of Seek strategic products. Executing on our strategy you will solve even more problems for our clients in the Human Capital Markets value chain whilst collaborating closely with our Enterprise team to ensure consistency of support nationally. How do I know if this is for me This successful candidate must have demonstrated sales experience with proven customer development and retention success. You can demonstrate skills and knowledge of a solution selling approach. A working knowledge of the digital employment market would be desirable as would talent sourcing experience, and working with clients at an executive level. Passion and energy.
