School Administration Officer Georges River Grammar location Sydney.

Georges River Grammar School is looking for an experienced and passionate Administration Officer to join our team. This role is a permanent full-time position (term time only), 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday commencing immediately.

About the role reporting to the Business Manager, Administration Officers are the first point of contact for school visitors and provide administrative support and record keeping for school operations, responding to requests/needs from staff, management, students, parents, and the community.

Selection criteria strong administrative and organisational experience. Excellent computer and technology literacy including MS Office applications. Exceptional communicator with high level interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously with a demonstrable capacity to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

Ability to prioritise and then manage a diverse workload. Capacity to meet deadlines. Ability to respond to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing school requirements and needs. Ability to prioritise work schedules by being self-directed and motivated.

Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to perform all tasks with attention to detail. Previous school experience is desirable but not essential. Be a positive team member. Must have the right to work in Australia.
