About the role

Reporting to the Service Validation and Testing Manager and based onsite at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will leverage your SAP and technical testing expertise to ensure that Harvey Norman’s systems achieve maximum SAP testing coverage and automation initiatives. As the go-to expert for SAP (ECC – IS Retail & S/4 Finance) and automation within the testing team, you will collaborate closely with other leads and provide mentorship to the broader testing team.

You will;

Maintain and update the SAP testing portfolio.
Assess the current integration automation coverage and extend it as required.
Report on progress of SAP Testing coverage.
Setup and maintain the Integration environment (including test data).
Formulate a Knowledge Base for training and cross-skilling purposes.
About you

As an experienced Test Lead, you will have a proven track record of driving and leading initiatives across diverse technology stacks, with a focus on SAP ECC (IS Retail) and SAP S/4 Finance (Fiori). You excel in challenging and agile environments, with the ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

You will also have;

Strong command of popular development languages such as JavaScript, Java, and C#.
Ability to write complex SQL queries.
Experience in working in complex integrated systems.
Problem solving mindset with the ability to find effective solutions to complex challenges.
Practical experience in automation and performance testing.
Excellent process improvement skills with a genuine commitment to enhancing workflows.
Ability to develop knowledge base and training materials.
