Your new role

The client is looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager (or senior Salesforce Product Owner) to lead a 12‑month program of work focused on transitioning a client from an on‑premise Salesforce instances to the Salesforce Cloud Platform.

Accountabilities

Lead the transition of Salesforce from an on‑premise environment to the Salesforce Cloud Platform.
Manage and coordinate regular Salesforce deployments across both on‑premise and cloud environments.
Ensure deployment governance, quality assurance, and compliance with release processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders.
Own and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap and release plan.
Balance project delivery with BAU demands, ensuring operational continuity.
Implement and maintain delivery governance frameworks and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement across development, release, and support processes.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a
Salesforce Delivery Manager
or
Senior Product Owner.
Hands‑on experience leading the transition from
On‑premise Salesforce to Salesforce Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and deployment methodologies.
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi‑phase Salesforce projects.
Experience coordinating regular deployments in both cloud and on‑premise Salesforce environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior executive reporting.
Experience managing product roadmaps and balancing BAU with project delivery.
Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and governance capabilities.
