Role we are seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager to oversee the Canberra Metro & ACT Region. To grow and be successful in the Sonoma Sales team you are a person who loves to work in an encouraging, collaborative and high-performance culture and continually strive to be better in your role. You have a demonstrated track record of increasing and sustaining sales growth preferably in a fresh food environment and profitability even in challenging markets.

Your skill and ability to manage stakeholders and build strong positive relationships with customers and people you meet comes naturally to you and something you love doing. Ideally you embrace a fast pace environment and never feel overwhelmed by being incredibly busy. Your dedicated working region currently has some existing customers and you will have plenty of scope to bring new customers on-board to add to your portfolio.

Some further requirements stay up to date with competitors, retail, food and technology trends. Understand your customers and their needs. Strong communication skills at all levels. Can multi-task within a fast-paced working environment.

Have more than 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity. Food sales or FMCG experience an advantage. Possess good stakeholder management experience. Ability to work unsupervised and in a team. Travel required in your territory and up to Sydney from time to time.

Good time management. Be solution focused be a collaborative team player – concerned with the team success as well as individual performance. Must be able to use MS Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel to a competent standard. Salary package includes use of a company car, fuel, laptop and phone. Full working rights In Australia.
