Our opportunity as a Sales Support Manager at Mercury you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales Teams. It'll be your role to provide support to our Sales Team Managers, equipping them with the necessary resources, guidance and assistance to achieve and smash their sales goals. Your role will be central in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and nurturing interdepartmental relationships.

Provide direct support to the Sales Teams by managing recruitment, scheduling, rostering and lead tracking. Continuously evaluate and improve sales support processes to streamline operations and boosting productivity. Manage sales proficiency reporting and offer data-driven insights to guide sales strategies and decision-making.

Foster and maintain excellent customer experience, addressing performance concerns promptly and professionally through our established framework. Work closely with the Sales Leadership Team, Mercury People and Performance Team, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment.

We are looking for leadership/ coaching experience. Experience in business administration, knowledge of recruitment & workforce planning processes. Proven experience supporting a team in a fast paced environment. Detail focused and curiosity to seek out improvements. Mercury offers (full benefits are listed on our Career Page).
