The rolethis is a fantastic role for someone who is organised and loves to support others, with a mix of administration, sales team support, customer service, and coordination. Enjoy variety, challenge, and responsibility, in a part-time role across Monday - Friday. This role is based at offices above the Rosedale flagship store, with car parking provided.
Key Responsibilities customer Service and support provide the highest level of support to retailers across New Zealand and Australia, via email and phone, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and requests. Sales and Team support find opportunities to support the Account Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and wider team, facilitating sales growth through timely assistance, sales data, and issue resolution.
Order Management and administration oversee daily order checks, dispatch, and processing of credit notes. Manage seasonal launch payments, lookbook proofing, errors, returns, and credit exchanges. Investigate and resolve issues such as incorrect coding and code clashes.
Product Management and logistics responsible for coordinating Brandscope and Cin7 systems, ensuring accurate order processing, managing indent orders, and processing seasonal orders to ensure timely delivery of point-of-sale materials and gift-with-purchases. Process Improvement and collaboration forward-thinking approach to gathering retailers' feedback on products and issues. Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
About you essentially you are the ‘go-to’ person for all things admin, sales, and support - and while it can be a busy role, everyone is awesome. You will enjoy being the glue that supports the sales and wider team, and love a bit of office banter too.
You will be organised, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy supporting people. You have loads of initiative, curiosity and find opportunities to take on responsibilities. You are a natural problem solver.
Other attributes are administrative Expertise Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong background in office environments. Tech Savvy Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Effective Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with people. Organisational Skills Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
