Tier Structure Tier 3 10% Commission, billed $500 revenue required for promotion to Tier 2 within 6 weeks. Tier 2 15% Commission, billed $5000 revenue required for promotion to Tier 3 at no time period. Tier 1 25% Commission, applicable for Bao Logistic's annual variable bonus.
