Sales Order Data Entry Burns for Blinds location Adelaide.
Burns for Blinds is a leading SA company operating in the window furnishing, shutter and home improvement market. We are currently looking for an assistant order entry person to be a part of our growing team at our head office at Magill Road, Norwood. The successful applicant will report directly to our senior order entry staff member.
The role includes but not limited to checking and Processing of confirmed customer orders into system. Prepare and send order list to different manufacturers. Send production batch sheet to factory daily. Replying in timely manner query raised by Sales Representative and manufactures. Help customer service by assisting with telephone enquiries when it’s busy. Help Sales Manager in Commercial project pricing.
The successful applicant must have high level of accuracy and speed in data entry skills (7,500+ ksph). Intermediate to advanced computer skills with adaptable to learning new software. Competent written and oral communication skills. Positive attitude, calm, confident and cheerful. This position is not suitable for someone wanting to progress to a qualified accountant. This position is ideal for a candidate seeking a stable and secure admin role.
