As the Sales Operations Specialist you will be responsible for providing Sales operations support for the sales function across the Pacific region, to achieve the Sales Plan.

By partnering with the Sales Operations Manager and Sales leaders, the position will manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, support the Field Sales teams with daily activities as they relate to sales processes, GTM policies, sales tools, data integrity, dashboards, reporting, and process improvements and efficiencies. As well as gather and analyze data to find ways for the sales teams to become more productive.

Assist with reporting to analyse data quality review to result in data cleanse motions.

Assist with Sales Reporting and Analysis as they pertain to Salesforce data normalization. Including but not limited to Sales Capacity planning, Pipeline Management, Field Sales Efficiency and Effectiveness, Utilization, etc.

Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements to the sales operations manager and sales leaders.

Create Analysis, Reports, Dashboards and/or PowerBI reporting, as and when required.

Champion Salesforce.Com utilisation across the business <list specific tasks here>.

Drive Seller level granularity through SFDC and with sales leadership

Create and document sales processes and tools policies to drive standardisation and increase adoption.

Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to ensure compliance to standardized processes and policies

Support Sales Leaders and Fields Sales with Cadences and Reporting (as and when required). Such as Major Deal Reviews, etc.

Ensure SFDC is a source of truth for sales pipeline.

Asist with Access Requests to support onboarding/offboarding team members.

Respond to field Sales Support to resolve questions and issues.

Monitor system adoption and data compliance with data governance policy.

Drive a Say/Do discipline of accountability and delivering on commitments.

What we are looking for:

2-3years of Sales Operations or Sales Analyst experience

Deep Understanding of the entire sales operations function

Proven track record of promoting and utilising CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce.Com).

Qualified Salesforce.Com applicant (preferable)

Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI

Demonstrated progressive experience in GTM policies and processes

Strong tactical experience and attention to detail

Self-starter and effectively works with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
