Position Sales Manager (MUST BE from Polymer/Plastic/Rubber industry). Location Central (Near Downtown MRT). Working hours 5 Days/ Office hours. Salary Up to $10,000 (Open for Nego + Commision + Allowance + Incentives + Yearly Bonus). Duration Permanent. Industry Polymer/ Rubber/ Latex.

Main responsibilities achieve commercial sales at target margin. Develop value cased pricing/ price segmentation recommendation to optimize profitability. Identify and assess the medical market and prospects for selling includes selling price, volume, and customer buying criteria, market/business dynamics and entry strategies. Managing complex, mature existing accounts and drive base & innovation growth at those accounts.

Develop multifunctional contact/touch points at existing & new accounts to build and improve goal alignment and position as a strategic supplier. Negotiate contractual rights & obligations. Develop short-term & long-term forecasts. Select & drive innovation projects. Manage credit terms & AR. Manage projects and developments through the stage gate process and drive completion of milestones per established timelines.

Application development utilize specific technical expertise to translate innovations and differentiated products to commercial success. Interact with R&D and manufacturing organizations to facilitate success by communicating unmet needs in new applications. Communicate with manufacturing and technical personnel in maintaining product quality.

Requirements Min. Degree (preferably in engineering/science or equivalent). Background in the Medical Industry, preferably in the area of synthetic polymers and compounds. Minimum 12 years of experience in technical sales and marketing in differentiated markets (preferably from raw material suppliers or gloves/condoms industry). Working experience at a multinational company.

Knowledge and experience about the rubber and/or the polymer latex industry and export/import trade Process. Proven ability to close and develop new business. Business development, application development, project management, and pull-through marketing experience with proven track record. Proven ability to influence internal and external decision makers. Strong communication and sales skill and results oriented. Comfortable and efficient with working independently. Willing to travel for work.
